Bishop Norris Woods Sr. took over as pastor in September of 2012. He instilled the idea of recovery into the church’s mission. The church started the Voices of Youth campaign and organized men’s and women’s conferences. With Gods help we are just getting started, let's keep it moving.

As a husband of 35 years to a beautiful and supportive wife (Michelle), a father of eight, a grandfather of 21, and a great grandfather of 1. Bishop Woods wanted to ensure that the community’s children are in a strong, supportive environment. Together with his wife, Sis Michelle B Woods, they were driven by the idea of giving young people a place where they can be heard, to showcase their talents and most importantly, be a part of something positive
